Products with defects must be reported within its warranty period. Contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service where your product is registered regarding a replacement.

Returns Policy

All sales are final on intimates and other sexual wellness products due to health laws and hygienic reasons. We value your business and understand that shopping online can make product selection more difficult. This is why we provide a vast pool of information on each product that we sell, from material name and texture to measurements and actual-size images. We encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You have 5 days from your order delivery date to report any clothing items that do not fit. Such items may be exchanged for a different size. A 36% restocking fee will apply.

  • We do not offer satisfaction returns.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized, please obtain an RMA by Contacting Us.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undelivered packages.

Shipping Policy

At this time we only accept orders within the USA and Canada only.

How long will it take to ship?

Once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Lead time is up to 5 business days. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your postal service.

Do you offer express/overnight shipping?

We offer expedited shipping within the United States for a rate of $40. Expedited shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to arrive.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We ship to all standard PO Boxes.

How does my order come packed?

Your order will arrive in discrete, plain packaging from “Nightly Innovations” with no external allusion to the contents of your order. Our e-commerce orders are typically wrapped in tissue paper, with filler added to protect more fragile items in transit, if your item is a gift, we also offer gift wrapping for extra.

I need to change the address my order is shipping to–what do I do?

We want to make sure you receive your goodies! If you realize the issue before you have received a tracking number or shipping notification, email Nightly.Opulence@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to intercept and redirect your order.

Can I ship a gift to someone?

Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we will make sure the package arrives at their door. Our invoices do not include pricing so the lucky recipient will never know what you spent.

P.S. If you don’t know your giftee’s address, out digital gift cards also make a great option!
