1. General Terms
Electronic Gift Cards can be purchased only by registered users of NightlyOpulenceBeauty.com. Buyer must specify the email address of the recipient, amount of the Gift Card, and the delivery date on the product page. The buyer cannot change the email address of the recipient, date of the delivery after the order is complete. Electronic Gift Cards must be purchased independently of the other products. Gift Card orders may be cancelled with the full refund before the Card is activated. No registration or account activation is required to use E-Gift Cards. The recipient can view his/her E-gift Card balance here, by clicking the “Check Balance” link.
2. Redemption
NightlyOpulenceBeauty.com Gift Cards (“E-Gift Cards”) may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by NightlyOpulenceBeauty.com and/or The Kinky Bitch Boutique. Redemption of Gift Cards on our website is subject to change at our sole discretion. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the E-Gift Card until the next purchase. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. No fees apply to Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards cannot be cancelled after activation.
3. Limitations
Gift Cards may be redeemed only for the purchase of goods and services on NightlyOpulenceBeauty.com, as indicated by these terms and conditions. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards may not be purchased with Loyalty Points. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
4. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
5. Fraud
We will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on NightlyOpulenceBeauty.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards. In the event a gift card is on-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such a gift card.
